What should I do if I have a claim?
If you have a claim, contact our office with all the details as soon as possible. Once we have collected all necessary information from you, we will then report it to the insurance company that issued your policy to begin the claims process. Generally, an adjuster from the insurance company will then handle your claim after our report.

In BC, all automobile claims should be reported directly to ICBC on their Dial-A-Claim Service at:

Vancouver & Lower Mainland: (604) 520-8222
Other areas call toll free: 1 (800) 910-4222

What is a deductible and why do I have to pay it?
The deductible is the portion of a covered loss that you agree is your responsibility to pay. Choosing a higher deductible can help you save money on your insurance premium. Deductibles help keep the cost of insurance premiums down by reducing the cost of claims, making insurance more affordable to everyone.

How can I pay for my insurance policy?
At John Ross Insurance Service Ltd., we accept payment made by Cheque, Visa, Mastercard or Interac. If you wish, you may contact our office by telephone to make your payment on credit card.
